A creator shortlist,
built around your brief.
Match your brief with creators based on relevant Instagram content, audience fit and post performance. Handsel’s AI helps you look beyond follower count.
How matching works
- Topic performance
- Saves and shares per view, counted only on their posts about your topic. One viral post can’t carry the ranking.
- Audience match
- How much of their audience is the gender, age and city tier your brief is for.
- Audience reach
- Right-audience views per 1,000 followers, lowered when their sponsored posts reach fewer people.
Ranks creators on Handsel who have connected Instagram.

Set a budget.
Get a plan that fits it.
Tell Handsel what you can spend on a brief. It picks the mix of creators that fits best for that budget and suggests what to offer each one, with the reasoning.
How the plan is built
- Most fit per rupee
- Creators are picked for how much fit they add for their likely fee, and similar creators don’t crowd each other out, so the budget reaches more of your audience.
- A reason for every fee
- Each suggested offer explains itself. Creators you’ve worked with before are offered what you last agreed.
- No lowball offers
- If a creator’s likely fee is more than the plan can pay, they’re shown as out of budget instead of being sent an offer they’d turn down.
Suggested fees are a starting point. You approve every offer before it goes out.

A track record
both sides earn.
Every completed deal adds to a Handsel Score for the creator and for the brand. It comes only from what happened on real deals: deadlines met, work approved, payments made on time, replies and ratings. Never follower counts or reach.
What the score looks at
- Creators
- Delivering as agreed, quality of work, conduct, response time and repeat work.
- Brands
- Paying on time as agreed, clear briefs, conduct, response time and repeat work.
- Fair by design
- Scores stay near the middle until there are enough deals to judge, so one deal can’t make or break anyone. Either side can appeal a fact they think is wrong.
Scored out of 1,000, and everyone starts at 500. Serious issues, like a confirmed missed payment, count for more and take longer to fade.
