Handsel is a marketplace connecting brands and creators for paid partnerships. Using the app means you agree to the terms below.

What Handsel is

A shared workspace for brands to publish opportunities, creators to discover and pitch on them, and both sides to manage deal terms, deliverables, contracts, invoices and payment status.

Payments and payment status

Brands pay creators directly by bank transfer. Handsel records the brand’s payment declaration and the creator’s receipt confirmation alongside the deal. These records are self-declared and do not verify the bank transfer. Handsel does not process payments or hold funds for either party. See refunds and disputes.

Your obligations

• Give accurate information about audience figures, identity and deal terms.
• Honor the terms of a deal once accepted.
• Follow applicable sponsored-content disclosure requirements.
• Do not use Handsel to harass, defraud or misrepresent yourself.
• Follow the Community guidelines.

Objectionable content and abuse

Handsel has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, scams and spam are not allowed. You can report content or an account from Safety options and block an account to stop contact. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.

Account suspension

We may suspend an account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently or repeatedly fails to honor agreed deals.

These terms may change as the product changes. The current approved version will be shown on this page.
